Choose coordinating colors and textures rather than matching exactly. Avoid large logos, neon colors, and very busy patterns.

That's completely normal. I use movement, games, and gentle prompts so the session feels relaxed rather than forced.

Regular family sessions are intended for one immediate family. Larger groups should book an Extended Family session.
